The Marokkanenbrug Foundation is a non- profit organization with a mission to build bridges between different cultures and generations. We aim to foster a more understanding and caring society. With the VrijdagMiddagCousCous (VMCC) project we connect young students and entrepreneurs to generate internship. During these meetings motivation, inspiration, connection and validation are the main leads which helps young people to develop a greater sense of community, belonging, and raise their self-esteem and feelings of self-worth. With these VMCC activities we encourage positive youth development and accompany youth in to adulthood, society and employment. The youth of today are the adults of tomorrow. In addition we create a mutual understanding among those young students and entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs have the means and opportunities to thrive, to share, to be heard and can manage their social capital on a valid outsourcing.
